RETURN POLICY

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns in exchange for store credit of unused, undamaged merchandise received within 15 days of the purchase date.

The merchandise must be accompanied with the online order confirmation slip (included in original shipment) and the original internal packaging. All sale merchandise is final sale. All special orders are final sale.

RETURNS

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email onlineorders@themontanacamp.com to confirm your merchandise return. Once you have received confirmation via email please print out and include the Online Return Confirmation slip in your package. You may send the returned merchandise, with the original Online Order Confirmation slip and Online Return Confirmation slip with internal packaging to:

Return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility. The Montana Camp cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Therefore, items returned without authorization and void of Online Return Confirmation slip will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of original purchase.

                  Merchandise Return Process:

1)     Obtain Online Return Confirmation slip by emailing onlineorders@themontanacamp.com

2)     Package the merchandise you wish to return with the Online Return Confirmation slip, Online Order Confirmation slip (included in original shipment) and the original internal packaging.

3)     Ship package

4)     Await arrival of email confirming the return of merchandise and application of store credit to customers account.

REFUND OF STORE CREDIT

The refund of store credit will be applied to the account of the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received your store credit will be immediately applied to your account. You will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

Order cancellations are currently accepted by email only and must be received before the item has shipped. Please email onlineorders@themontanacamp.com to cancel an order placed online.

TheMontanaCamp.com is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped despite the customer receipt of Online Order Confirmation or Shipping Notice. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TheMontanaCamp.com ships internationally. International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. To place an order for an international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. When you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and select 'checkout', from here select the country associated with your billing address. If your billing address differs from the location you wish to have your item shipped, then remove the 'check mark' under Shipping Options and enter your desired shipment location. Once you have done this select 'continue' and enter your payment information.
